Our standard service agreement consists of eight regular routine visits per year to bait and provide an effective monitoring system to identify and deal with incursions by rats, mice and insects before they can become established.
A pest control maintenance report book will be provided to institute a system of written reports for all visits and treatments carried out. It also contains advice notes, pesticide and rodenticide information, together with a site map or plan showing the location of all bait boxes, insect monitors and any other equipment left on site if required. This record remains on your premises and is completed by our pest control technician on every visit.
All work we carry out, including any emergency treatments, is carefully monitored to ensure positive results with the utmost care for animals, people and the environment.
